We’re thrilled to welcome Jessica to our team at Health-e Pro as our fifth Registered Dietitian in the past year. Jessica’s journey in the realm of Child Nutrition began with her work at a foodservice management company for four years, helping directors prepare for their administrative reviews, managing the menu software recipe database, and its where her excitement for developing and facilitating training began. From there, she took a role on the training team at the Department of Education in Arizona. Her role involved equipping educators and administrators with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of Child Nutrition programs successfully. Through these experiences, Jessica gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Child Nutrition professionals and the crucial role technology plays in streamlining operations.
At Health-e Pro, we understand the importance of continuous learning and development. That’s why we have an extensive library of training materials, including LMS videos, to help our customers make the most of our software. Jessica’s experience working with the Department of Education on the training team in Arizona has equipped her with valuable insights into effective training methodologies.
In her current role as the main Support Coach, Jessica plays a pivotal role in assisting our customers with their inquiries and challenges. As the primary point of contact on the Support Desk, she diligently analyzes the questions and concerns raised by customers, identifying areas where our resources and responses can be enhanced. Jessica’s goal is not only to provide immediate answers but also to equip our customers with the knowledge and tools they need to become self-sufficient. By guiding them to “fish” for answers themselves, she empowers them to maximize the benefits of our software independently.
One of Jessica’s key responsibilities is overseeing the continuous improvement and updating of our Support materials. By staying attuned to the needs and questions of our customers, she identifies areas where our resources can be strengthened and expanded. Her expertise in training and webinars ensures that our customers receive the most comprehensive guidance and insights on utilizing our platform effectively. Jessica’s dedication to enhancing our resources enables us to provide our customers with up-to-date and valuable information, empowering them to make the most of Health-e Pro.
