Is it really FREE?

Yes! Health-e Pro Menu Planning software for meal compliance and nutrient analysis, including our Production Record module, is included for each serving site. This has been provided as a value-added service for your district at no charge to you!

What do I have to purchase?

You’re all set and there is no need to purchase anything else to get started. Optional modules are available for purchase including online menus, mobile app, digital menu boards and a nutrition department website.

We can give you a jump start with Health-e Pro’s Data Services Team to speed up the implementation. Our experienced team, made up of Registered Dietitians, state reviewers and professional foodservice staff, can provide professional services to create your initial recipes and menus. Our services can be tailored to best meet your needs.

Do I have to purchase a whole suite?

No. Health-e Pro will take care of the menu planning and production records at no cost to you. You can still keep your same POS/meal counting system, eligibility/applications and accounting software.

Can you “integrate” with my current software?

Health-e Pro integrates with specific software providers to provide inventory and POS options. Health-e Pro does not currently integrate with other menu planning software.

How do I get started?

An account has already been created for you! Simply go to menuplan.healthepro.com and log in.  If you don’t know your password, click on the Forgot Password link using your email.  Need more help?  Contact us at support@healthepro.com. 

How long does it take to get started?

Ready to get going? Join our live weekly onboarding sessions and we’ll show you how to quickly create recipes, build menus, complete production records and drive your KPI dashboard to success. Can’t make it to a live session?  We’ve got you covered with video instruction as well as a comprehensive library of support articles. You’ll be up and running in no time!

I have an AR scheduled this year. How can I do this too?

The timing couldn’t be better! Using Health-e Pro Menu Planning and Production will put all your needed documents in one place. Use our EZ Administrative Review Report to pull all of your required menu documentation for the week of review in a single document, including the menu, recipes with spec sheets, USDA compliance worksheet, nutrient analysis, and production records. Want it to be easier? We can provide your reviewer with a read-only license to your Health-e Pro account!
