Summary of Position
As Key Accounts Manager, you will be the face of Health-e Pro to our large, high profile accounts. Your ability to understand the unique needs of the customer and how Health-e Pro’s products can be best utilized to meet those needs is where you excel. Your passion to coach and grow the customer will be reflected by your product and industry knowledge, your commitment to excellence and your ability to discern and balance the best interests of both the customer and the company.
Core Responsibilities:
● Relationship Building: Establishes a deep working relationship with key account customers seeking to understand their needs and goals. Collaboratively and strategically develop a plan for achieving these goals.
● Strategic Product Adoption: Work with customers and internal leadership to identify sales and marketing strategies for maximizing the adoption rate of the product. Coordinates the implementation and adoption of the product and/or services to the account’s targeted customer base.
● Communication: Proactively and regularly contacts customers to assess engagement and make support and development recommendations to further meet the customers objectives. Provides timely responses to customer initiated contact and uses analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
● Customer Advocate: Advocate on behalf of the customer to determine needs related to the product, support, and services. Collaborate with cross functional teams internally to
find solutions.
● Record Keeping: Creates and maintains accurate data and records.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
● Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in the child nutrition field. Familiarity with the federal meal programs, menu planning, and menu planning software. Sales or Account Management experience is a bonus.
● Character: Demonstrate knowledge of, and support for, the mission, vision, and valuesof the organization. Comply with corporate standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders. Excellent training and presentation skills; ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both customers, vendors, and internal teams.
● Travel: Able to travel up to 30 days per year
Compensation and Benefits:
● Salary: Negotiable, 40 hours per week
