Summary of Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in crafting compelling copy that engages customers, drives retention, and fuels growth. This role ensures our messaging resonates with K-12 foodservice professionals whether it’s emails, blog posts, or webpages. In addition to content creation, the Marketing Coordinator executes campaigns, manages trade show logistics, and supports webinars and other initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and aids Health-e Pro’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting/Communication: Write compelling emails, blog posts, web pages, and collateral to clearly communicate the value of Health-e Pro to prospects and customers.
Tradeshow Management: Coordinate with Sales to manage tradeshows including registration and equipment rentals.
Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute campaigns with the Marketing team to target customers, including webinars, tradeshows, social media, emails, events, etc.
Media Creation: Assist Senior Graphic Designer to develop images, video, banner ads, and other graphics that represent our brand and customers.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer success, or customer support role. Experience in SaaS or with Health-e Pro is preferred, and experience with menu planning in K-12 is required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe, Canva), Project Management software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both customers, vendors, and internal teams.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Salary: Negotiable, 40 hours per week
